Food was outstanding. My husband complains about everyone's clams and spaghetti. He was speechless. No complaints. Server was excellent and of course the music added to the night.
All of the pizzas we have tried have been nothing but AMAZING....When we host football games we tend to get a bunch of different kinds for everyone & they never have disappointed anyone!
We are so thrilled to have been introduced to such an awesome restaurant/pizza, every meal we have had from Vinny to cheese ravioli to pizza turnovers and now we ordered your 18" pizza half sausage take/out, amazing. Such delicious food, starting with the fresh homemade bread and peppers including dessert. Who ever reads this must try Gia Nina, Woodbury,NJ
Visited for the first time and had lunch. Food was fresh and exceptional. Service was excellent. They sang and served a birthday cake which we brought in with us.
Have passed this place for past 5 yrs or longer Seems to always be busy and at night it looked so pretty. I did takeout Ordered the 2 short rib, cheesesteak Smelled so amazing Mariana sauce was best ( reminded of true Italian) Food was hot When got home Had it for dinner. Hot, butter garlic rolls where so good My son loved the short rib penne Cheesesteak needed a more meet in it Sesame roll for cheesesteak was soft and sesame. My favorite. I'll be ordering from them again tomorrow We can't wait Pics nxt time Highly recommend to go to The girls at front was nice and very friendly Go go
WOW! Look out Italian restaurants, we have a real deal here. Over the course of two days we had the works pizza, chicken parm, balsamic chicken, spaghetti and meatballs and grilled chicken. The sauce is BOSS! Slooooow cooked and flavorful. The ONLY negative comment I can make is the meatballs are a little doughy. The ambiance is right out of an old Italian villa. The service is great. Oh yes - weekends is FREE music entertainment. Such a deal!! Come mange here.... Left very content
Different Cheesesteak #1164. Gia Nina's has restored my faith in humanity!! Great young woman running the register/counter, great young people working and a steady flow of regular customers. Amazing cheesesteak with mushrooms on a Gia made garlic roll. Garlic roll sandwiches are a lunch time menu item. It was dinner time, the young woman at the counter liked my shirt (available on TheCheesesteakLife.com) and made me a cheesesteak on garlic rolls. Overall everything was amazing. Being nit picky, because it is what I do. The mushrooms looked very good. The one I tasted was very good. Of course I want more mushrooms. I would have liked more cheese and a more even distribution.
Very, very long lines, but the best pizza in the area by far. A must stop by if you have the time!! Will definitely get it again before moving.
Finally. I think I might have found my go to pizza spot in my area. Granted, there are NO shortage of options where I live, but every single place just either fell flat on its face, or had terrible consistency, or was priced out of this world. Granted, Gia Nina's IS pricey, which is what keeps them from 5 stars, but at least it was a GOOD meal for the price. We went with a plain cheese pie, and a meatball parm sammy. The pizza finally had some seasoning to it! Too often I run into bland, "just tomato" sauces, or flimsy, underbaked crusts. Gia Nina's had a great taste, and a great bake on the pie. The meatball parm wasn't earth shattering, but was still a tasty sub, and a decent size as well. The inside of Gia Nina's was quite small, and VERY busy, so I'm not sure that I'll be making this my sit down Italian spot, (I actually really like Cotardo's anyway), but for a take away pie, this is going to be my current go to. It's right around the corner, and they know how to make a pizza.
